A note about your details.

When you complete the product quiz, we ask for your name, email, course or event, design preferences, and any notes. Quiz recommendations appear before contact details. Your name, email, and phone are required to reveal pricing and request custom design options. Course or organization is optional. Catalog requests require only name and email.

How we use them

Ridgeside Golf uses these details to prepare design options, answer your request, and discuss a quote. Submitting this form does not place an order or subscribe you to a marketing list.

How the form works

On the connected website, Cloudflare processes the form and its security check, and Resend delivers your request to [email protected]. Requests are retained in the business email inbox so we can handle your inquiry. The website does not create a customer account or store contact details in your browser. A temporary session preference prevents repeated catalog popups.

The local development preview does not send an email or save form details. The separate owner image-review tool stores image selections in the owner’s browser only.
