Can you create a design for our course?
Yes. Start with the or contact us today to get started. We’ll prepare custom options for your course or event.
How is the course artwork made?
We use satellite imagery and course mapping data, then refine the artwork for the selected layout and product.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. We can feature a club, event, or organization logo, adapt an existing versatile design, or develop artwork around your idea.
Will we approve the artwork before production?
Yes. You’ll review digital proofs of the artwork and product layout before production begins.
What quantities can we order?
The current guide includes sample orders of 1–4 apparel pieces, small-run DTF orders of 5–71, and screen-print pricing from 72. The product quiz recommends the next guide quantity tier when your quantity is within 10 pieces of it, and clearly shows the change. Other garments for small runs are quoted separately.
How does volume pricing work?
Apparel pricing changes at 72 and 144 pieces. Screen-printed runs of 72–143 have a one-time print-shop fee. Poster pricing changes at 20 units. All orders receive a final quote.
How soon will we see design options?
We'll prepare a couple of design options for your course within 4 business days of receiving your request. This is the design-preview timeline, not the production or delivery timeline.
How long does the full order take?
Allow roughly 20–30 business days for apparel and 15–25 business days for printed or framed pieces. Artwork approvals, garment or frame availability, and your delivery location can affect timing. We confirm the schedule in your quote.
Are frames included in the poster price?
No. The results show unframed artwork first. Optional 12 × 16 unmatted, 12 × 16 matted in a 16 × 20 frame, and 18 × 24 unmatted frames are separate line items.
Can you help with a rush order?
Ask us about your event date. Rush options depend on the product and supplier availability, and may involve an additional fee.
Why does the quiz ask for contact details?
We use your details and selections to prepare and send custom design options. Recommendations appear first. Enter your name, email, and phone to see estimates and request custom design options. There is no order or payment commitment.
Is the apparel budget required?
No. You can leave it blank. Poster budgets are not requested; choose whether you want framing instead.
